Bit out of town but actually easy to get to, lots of planes to see and some rarities too, they have two ME 262 which I've never seen before, also a Soyoz capsule, bit left field but v interesting to see.

I Would say this is one of the better aviation Museum’s that I’ve been to. There’s a very large collection of Russian and Czechoslovakian aircraft. different variations some in very good shape some need a little bit of work. A must if you like airplane.

This museum is in my opinion one of the best. The volunteers who work there are very helpful and answer to their best ability in their limited english. All smiling. Bought some aircraft models too from the little shop. Above all it is all free. You just wander around without any hassle. Very well organised huts with really outstanding famous and also very rare aircraft. Would recommend. Easy to get there.

The aviation museum at Kbely is easily reached by local bus from Prague. It contains a large and interesting collection of military and civil aircraft from the Czech Republic and from many other nations around the world. These date from around 1910 until recent years and are well displayed in covered halls and in outdoor areas. Recommended.
