One of the best dinner meals of 2019 without giving it a second doubt or hesitation. Staying at the Chateau and dining here is such a special experience. Service is top of the class, the dishes are very interesting and portions are very generous considering. My only note or small complaint of sorts is the restaurant is kept quite bright over dinner, dimming the lights somewhat would be beneficial. The end.

Ich hatte keine Zeit, das ganze Repertoire des Restaurants zu genießen, aber allein, die Kleinigkeiten, die ich an der Bar des Hotels bestellt habe, waren wunderbar. herrliche Gänseleber Terrine, tolle Vorspeisenplatte. Nächstes Mal mehr, großes Theater!!

Nemam co dodat, snad jen ze i v Praze ve výborných restauracích neni běžné tak úžasné jidlo a skvely servis! Muzu jen doporučit a tesim se, ze se zase vratime :)

Krásné kultivované prostředí. Vynikající kuchyně pod vedením šéfkuchaře Michaela Zapalače. Nádherné degustační menu skvěle snoubené s vybranými víny, zážitek pro každého gourmeta. Ochotný, milý a fundovaný personál.

Opakovaná návšteva hotela aj reštaurácie opäť priniesla skvelý gastronomický zážitok. Polievky počas 2 dní super, skutočná lahôdka. Predjedlá sú perfektná chuťovka. Hlavné jedlo napr. líčka či pstruh na šošovici sú úchvatné chuťou a kombináciou. Obsluha ako vždy milá,príkladná a profesionálna. Vínny lístok je osobitnou kapitolou s puncom najvyššej kvality. 👌👏👍

Zámecká snídaně byla něco nepředstavitelného. Ani jsem pořádně nevěděla na co mám chuť a co si mám vybrat. Nakonec na tom ani nezáleželo, protože všechno jídlo bylo chutné a čerstvé.Co se týče večeře, tak ta byla také znamenitá. Po jídle nám číšník rozdělal v patře oheň u kterého jsme si mohli dopít načaté bílé víno. Krásné završení večera.

Great seasonal Czech cuisine with excellent wine list. Well worth a detour from the Prague - Brno highway. Most ingredients are either home-grown or locally sourced. The cooking is at par with best Prague restaurants. Even the glassware - the local glass blower artisans (very traditional trade in the Czech Republic going back to at least the 17th century) have agreed to re-open the just-closed-down local forge to make glassware for the hotel.
