We stayed at this lovely hotel in January, and I couldnt rate it any higher. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, with advice on trips and locations to visit. It is in a great location, just off Charles Bridge, with lots of bars, shops and restaurants, and everything in walking distance. The buffet breakfast offered something for everyone, and we dinned in the resteraunt a few evenings where the food was delicious. I would definitely book this hotel again next time I visit Prague.

Dokázali nám rezervovat výlety a restaurace a poskytnout doporučení.(Původní)Die Zimmer sind sauber, der Zimmerservice sehr akkurat und die Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend. Buchungen für Touren und Restaurants konnten von dort übernommen werden bzw Empfehlungen ausgesprochen werden.

I was here in July/August 2015 and always felt compelled to write a review, but never got around to it. This hotel is in a perfect location, easy walking to all the attractions, and offered the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. They went out of their way on multiple occasions to above and beyond: packed a lunch for us for our flight to Italy, bought us a beer from their favorite brewery down the street. A very nice and friendly place.

Vřele doporučuji.(Původní)Ein super Hotel in exquisiter Lage. Die Zimmer waren hygienisch einwandfrei und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch so, wie man es sich vorstellt. Empfehlenswert.
