Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was a full studio suite which was great for what we paid, on the first floor. Great location for seeing all the main attractions. Very comfortable bedding though they give you 2 comforters that split the bed instead of just one big one (though that didn't bother us).

Spectacular accommodation. Friendly, efficient staff, particularly Adela, who welcomed us and made our check in very memorable, including accompanying us to our apartment.Our “New York” apartment was lovely. Very spacious and spotless, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and extremely quiet. Central location. We hope to return.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen! Zimmer sauber und unglaublich groß. Hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Personal mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Mir fällt einfach nichts negatives ein.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old town and just minutes from the main areas (Charles bridge, Astronomical clock...) The staff at the front desk were all outstanding - friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious but could do with a bit more storage (drawers, etc). The gym is functional but not a place you want to spend a lot of time. Breakfast next door at Cafe Edel is excellent as well.

Had a lovely stay. The apartment was really nice and in a central location, but on a quiet street. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A superb base for exploring Prague. We would definitely stay there again! Loved the cafe next door too!😃

The Retezova apratment hotel was excellt for us, two adults and three children - 11,9 and 6 years old. We stayed in the Paris Suite - which was pricy, but really lovely. The few steps we had to the Charles bridge and astronomical clock made the location excellent. We did not have breakfast included, but the facilities available were good to take care of ourselves. Clean, nice beds and good service made this stay great.

We would stay at the Hotel Residence Retezova again. The location was very convenient, on a small side street yet close to everything. The hotel was very well maintained and lovely, we stayed in the London....it was roomy and spacious, beautiful wood floors everywhere, the terrace was so nice for sitting outside in the evening, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very good place to stay in Prague. It is just off the Main Square (but enough so it is not loud at night) and easy to walk to anywhere. The rooms are very comfortable and the age of the place gives it atmosphere. All the staff there were friendly and eager to please -- down to going off to purchase tickets for us to the Sparta Praha ice hockey game after the website wasn't working properly. We look forward to coming back.

We were only in Prague for 24 hours so this was a great launching pad for exploration. As soon as we checked in, the receptionist hooked us with a map and recommendation for a great restaurant. The studio (right behind the reception desk) was huge and even had an extra cot (helpful for 2 dude travel buddies). Free coffee/tea, wifi. Minibar contained cheap beers (about $2 for a half liter bottle). Excellent staff. Wanted to stay an extra night but they were all booked.

The Hotel Residence Retezova is perfectly located to enjoy the sights, restaurants and shops of Old Town Prague. The staff is very friendly and helpful in providing assistance and recommendations of what to see and do. The two bedroom suite was ideal for two couples traveling together. We would highly recommend it to anyone based on our five day stay.

We were upgraded to the London suite, room 9, due to someone renting our reserved room (New York) for a month.It was huge. It had two bedrooms, a eat-in kitchen, a foyer, two bathrooms, and a Living room. Oh, and it had a rooftop patio. We enjoyed our stay.
