Moderní hotel, přátelský, milý a ochotný personál, pokoje velké a čisté. Velký a rozmanitý výběr pro snídani.Jen parkoviště je malé a s autem Ford Mondeo, které je širší a dlouhé bylo problémové zaparkovat na malých místech a současně i vjet či vyjet do jednosměrky, přičemž byla u protějšího chodníku zaparkovaná auta.

Krásný hotel , vhodný i k delším pobytum . Na pokoji jsme zařízenou kuchyň včetně myčky , pračky a velké lednice. Krásný moderní hotel , s velmi příjemným ,ochotným personálem. Jako bonus welnes , s velkou výřivkou .

Se vším jsme byli naprosto spokojení. Milá a ochotná recepční Cecília, vstřícnost při ubytování, kvalita služeb, krásné čisté pokoje i perfektní snídaně, kde si vybere každý.

Nádherný hotel, prostorné a krásně zařízené pokoje. Veškerý personál hotelu byl velmi milý a usměvavý. Vůbec se nám nechtělo domů. Příště do Prahy jedině sem! 😊

We stayed for 5 nights in this apartment block ,in a narrow street,near the town centre.Our rooms were very big and luxurious.Beds were really comfortable.There is a neat,compact kitchenette with all the equipment needed..The staff are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast is available as an extra.Normal prices are not cheap but there are sometimes deals to be had.A lovely experience.Well worth a long or short stay as Prague is a beautiful historic city with a lot to see.

It was really an excellent choice. Rooms are very big and clean, the staff is very helpful and kind, everything it's very clean. Location is not the best ever ( the district itself is not very attractive) but Venceslav square and main train station are 10 minutes walking ( and the old town 15 minutes). It's a residence ( not an hotel), so don't expect a daily cleaning. I didn't try breakfast. Booking in advance it's possible to find good prices.

We stayed at the Mamaison Residence Downtown for almost a week, and the stay was very enjoyable.The hotel is clean, close to the city center, and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is equipped with cooking facilities, and is very suitable for families. I also liked it very much that the hotel was in a quiet street and sleep was comfortable and pleasant.Hope this helps, I got to this hotel based on the reviews posted here.

The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful week's stay.. Perfect location, very close to metro station (200m), bus stations and tram stations. Walkable distance to Wenceslas Square and many restaurants nearby... The kitchen was neat and clean, everything was fine including the breakfast.. kept the Marriott standard. The front desk was very helpful especially Sarka.. Highly recommended for families.

This Hotel is very much in American style, with spacious studious rather than rooms. Very good location in quiet area, however still walking distance to the main olds town attractions.I do recommend this hotel for families as well as business travellers.Rooms on higher floors have got access to terrace with spectacular views….Helpful staff make your stay easy, and effective.

Naprawdę polecam. Hotel ma dobra lokalizacje w centrum. Na piechotę na plac Wacława. Pokoje bardzo fajne i duże. Przemiła obsługa. Pokoje czyste i wygodne. Można popracować nad rozbudowaniem oferty śniadaniowej. Ale i tak mi smakowały.

Sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattete Appartement. Unweit vom Wenzelsplatz. Tolles nicht zu üppiges Frühstück von hoher Qualität. Rezeption freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Studios sind gross mit gutem Komfort. Tiefgarage direkt im Haus vorhanden
