Návštěva v této restauraci byla velmi příjemná a profesionální. Určitě jsem zde nebyl naposled. Jídlo bylo výborné a cenově více než přijatelné. Obzvlášť bych chtěl vyzdvihnout obsluhu – staraly se o mě dvě velmi milé a ochotné dámy, Patricie a Kylie. Děkuji za skvělý zážitek!

Krásný interiér a dekorace, úplný únik z rušného Václavského náměstí. Obsluha je pohotová, v hezkých uniformách, ale nechá vás si v klidu vychutnat kávu a společnost :) doporučuji horkou čokoládu.

Destaco la gran profesionalidad y amabilidad de los chicos del Spa, Tomas, Eva y Miro, pocas veces se ve a trabajadores tan esmerados. Las instalaciones son fantásticas, en un ambiente muy acogedor y con gran variedad de sensaciones derivadas de las diferentes opciones que ofrece el Away Spa, muy recomendable para cualquier persona que quiera relajarse. Luego, en W Lounge, tomamos algo para beber y el servicio de Anushka y de Sonja fue 10/10, nos hicieron sentir como en casa!

I was staying here for second time for two nights. Hotel is offering comfortable big rooms.Design of the rooms is contemporary while public spaces are historical as hotel is placed in historical palace.since my last visit service is significantly improved. Now it i something what you expect from W brand.Rates are slightly high so this will not be my first choice for staying in Prague as additional value is not in relation with rates.

We really enjoyed our staying at this hotel. What’s made the stay special is the derive we received from the staff, they were very attentive for all our requests and needs. Especially I would like to thank Anastasia from reception and the manager Kate who made us enjoy the hotel more.

One of my favorite Hotels we have ever stayed.The design is simply stunning.Location is perfect for getting around the sites in Central Prague, train station 8 min walk away.We stayed in a King Double Room , huge smart tv , great shower and facilities.Spa was 10/10 with steam , pool , sauna relaxation room and was simply excellent.Breakfast was fabulous, especially the Eggs Benedict .Staff were excellent from check in to check out .All in all superb hotel and we will be back!

We stayed 2 nights at the New Hotel and it was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic and a short walk to old town. The staff and grounds are 5 Star perfection. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Rooms are well appointed and have excellent lighting. For a city hotel our rooms where very quite and comfortable. We had two nights of excellent sleep. Lastly The work out room had everything that you needed to a good morning work out. We will be back
